帕罗西汀联合参芪五味子颗粒治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的效果

　　[摘要]目的探讨帕罗西汀联合参芪五味子顆粒治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的效果。方法将2016年3月～2017年7月在我院接受治疗的78例广泛性焦虑障碍患者随机分为对照组和研究组，每组39例。对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗，研究组在此基础上联合给予参芪五味子颗粒治疗，连续治疗8周。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分变化情况及药物不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗8周后的临床治疗总有效率为97.4%，明显高于对照组的82.1%（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前的HAMA评分及PSQI评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。研究组的HAMA评分及PSQI评分在治疗后1周开始明显降低，对照组则从治疗后第2周开始降低，且研究组治疗后的HAMA及PSQI评分均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗后不同时间点的副反应量表（TESS）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论在帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的基础上，联合参芪五味子颗粒治疗有助于进一步缓解患者的焦虑抑郁症状，能够提高治疗效果，同时安全性高，患者不会对药物产生依赖性，值得临床推广应用。

　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of Paroxetine combined with Shenqiwuweizi Granules in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder （GAD）.Methods 78 cases of GAD patients treated in our hospital from March 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group，with 39 cases in each group.The control group patients were given the Paroxetine treatment，the study group patients were treated with Shenqiwuweizi Granule on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect，the change of Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） score and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） before and after treatment，the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 97.4% after 8 weeks of treatment in the study group，which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 82.1% （P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the HAMA score and PSQI score before the treatment between the two groups （P>0.05）.The HAMA score and PSQI score of the study group decreased significantly at the 1 week after treatment，and the control group began to decrease from the second week after the treatment.The scores of HAMA and PSQI in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）.There was no statistical difference in the TESS score between the two groups of patients after treatment at different time points （P>0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of Paroxetine treatment of GAD，the combination of Shenqiwuweizi Granule can relieve anxiety and depression，and improve the treatment effect，the safety is high，patients will not produce drug dependence，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
